A 2 and a half day course for:
- Become aware of, welcome and close the cycle that is ending
- Welcome and prepare the new cycle.
In the Zom'Altitude resource space in Bliquy (Belgium),
carried by the Zome and its energetic structure,
we invite you to experiment:
• Creative journeys with art therapy
• Rose Medicine Rituals
• Intuitive body practices
• Shamanic journey with the drum
• Celebration around the energy of Fire
• Transmissions on the Wheel of the Year
• Creation of a visualization board
At the end of the internship, you will leave with:
° Your works created during creative journeys
° Your “Anchor” object
° A 2022-2023 Wheel of Seasons calendar
° A description of Celtic celebrations and sabbaths
° A Lunar calendar 2022-2023
° Your vision board
And all your power of manifestation.

In order to get your bearings and settle in for the weekend,
Welcome on site Friday September 2 from 4:30 p.m.
The course will start at 6pm sharp and you will have the opportunity, for those who cannot come earlier, to settle in after our first workshop.
For the internship, what should I plan for ?:
Your meals
All meals are offered in a Spanish inn.
For Friday evening , and for the smooth running of this first moment together, plan a dish that will already be prepared (the quantity for you and a little more will be perfect) all our dishes will be put on the table and shared in feasts for those who wish (preferably organic and vegetarian to suit as many people as possible).
For other days:
Plan to make simple meals.
We will have access to the cui'Zen and utensils to also experience moments of sharing around the nourishment of the body.
Material can be:
For your comfort and moments of pampering, take with you if you have:
- A small cushion or a zafu
- A small blanket/plaid
- A yoga mat
Also, if you have magazines at home that you don't know what to do with, they could be useful to us in creative moments.
- A small object
From now on, I invite you to open your eyes and your heart and let yourself be met by a small "neutral history" object that you will take with you during the course (any small object that you can slip into your pocket).
